Skyline Gila River athletic program is among the best in the state. Our coaching staff consist of highly qualified professionals who provide the best opportunity for every student-athlete. The purpose of our sports programs is to provide an educationally safe and sound program; that emphasizes participation, cooperation, healthy sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork and a competitive edge for all our athletes.
We are especially proud of our highly ranked reputation throughout the state. A reputation based not only on wins and losses, but the way our teams and team members conduct themselves on and off the field. A reputation that we intend to keep for future generations. We accomplish this through holding our athletes to a higher standard and focus on character development bringing credit to our families, the program, and schools at all time. Skyline Gila River participates in the CAA (Charter Athletic Association) as well as National Level Competitive Sports. Class schedules are structured to allow students to practice daily as a part of the standard school day and students are supported by an Athletic Academic Dean that connects student athletes to post-graduate athletic opportunities at the university level.
